Family Connections Apparel Sale

Please be sure to list in the note section when ordering if you are a parent/guardian/community member or staff member.  If you are a staff member please list at which school/site.  

Proceeds from this shirt sale will go back to the Family Connections PTO group in Lakeville. 

Orders will be taken through November 28th.

Shirts will be ready for pick up in Lakeville near Century Middle School or for shipping the first week of December in time for Inclusive Schools Week.  Orders placed after 11/28 are not guaranteed to be in for Inclusive Schools Week.

Apparel for staff will be delivered to the building you list.  Apparel for parents/community members you will receive an email with pick-up instructions.
